1. To allow the university to have a plan for effective and continuous development and management.
2. To allow the university to allocate budget which meets the development of the university and manage the accountable budget efficiently and transparently.
3. To have an effective monitoring and evaluation for the budget and to propose guidelines which are beneficial to the decision making of administrators which leads to achieving goals of the university.
4. To have a data collection system and disseminate the information.
5. To collaborate with divisions and international universities for academic development in various fields.
6. To design the master plan for the use of the university development area and to control the construction of the university.
