Vision
Policy and Planning Division of Suratthani Rajabhat University approaches to the operation and development of administration and management for information system, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and international affairs focusing on transparency and accountability.
Mission
In order to achieve the vision, Policy and Planning Division, therefore, has set the mission as follows.
- Statistical Information and Information Management Technology has been involved in the management which supports teamwork and develops organizational personnel regularly and has a transparent management system. There is a collection, analysis, and information system management to support planning and to develop institutional research and information services.
- Planning and BudgetingPrepare strategic plans, strategies, 4-year government action plans, and annual government action plans, in order to lead to the implementation of the annual budget request; and create action plans consistent with the policy and vision focusing on the participation.
- Monitoring and Evaluation Accelerate, monitor, and evaluate the operation of the plans/projects and report the operational result to the university and the university council on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Foreign Relations Contact with foreign countries to ask for help, cooperation, collaboration, scholarship, international training grants, exchange programs for instructors, government officers, and students.
